I lived in an apartment owned by mike carter, and it was the WORST place I've ever lived at. In the beginning it wasn't so bad but then after a while I would have furnace problems and it would take forever to get a hold of mike. At 1 point I went almost 48 hours with no heat, finally mike returned my phone call and sent someone out. The problems kept coming. I have now moved out and now he doesn't want to return my deposit and has been ducking me for almost 3 weeks. I have heard from past renters say the same thing about him not wanting to give back the deposit check and when he does he takes out WAY too much. So people what ever u do I would never rent from this slum-lord again!!!
