Terrible experience that could have easily been rectified if management cared (they don't).

I used the machine in the lobby to try to cut a copy of my home key. The machine already had a blank key (the incorrect base) inside of it, which could not be removed. So even though it did eject a blank of the kind of key I needed, it cut the key onto the wrong base. At this point, I had already paid. I spoke to a manager, who told me I could pay full price to have a key cut inside the store, but they don't provide any support for the machine that is INSIDE THEIR STORE, and I could not get any sort of refund for the key the machine had cut incorrectly. They need to either provide support for the machine in their store, or make it clear that it's a separate entity before you use the machine. The situation would have cost them NOTHING to make right (I already had the blank key, and they have their own manually staffed key-cutting equipment in the store), but they chose not to.
