Amesbury Skate & Sport was established in Downtown Amesbury in 1973. In 1998, I purchased the business and have moved the store to Rte.110 in Amesbury. In Nov. of 2006, we moved to our new facility called Patriot Plaza at 77 Macy Street (Rte. 110). Our new facility offers 4,000 Sq./Ft. of retail space and an additional 4,000 Sq./Ft. of storage and work-shop space in the basement of the building. We offer a wide variety of sporting goods and have a strong presentation of hockey, skate sharpening, baseball & lacrosse equipment & Accs. We also sell soccer, football, field hockey, recreational, figure & hockey skates as well as local town sweats & jackets. Additionally, we also operate a full service bike shop, selling bikes from Red-Line, Raleigh & Trek. We service beginner & family bike needs and virtually any make or model. I am proud of our local roots and am grateful for the support that local communities we serve offer us.
