If i could zero stars I would! Brought my car in January, everything i spent hundreds of dollars on needs to be replaced already. My engine light came back on in August. I call and the younger man is very nice, professional says to bring it in. Bring it in and the older man starts yelling that I owe money that I thought I had paid. Instead of talking nice and figuring things out he starts bickering that he won't touch my car because I was supposed to bring it back in 30 days not a "year". I'm pretty sure October is not January. Then he proceeds to say that its my fault that my spark plugs and O2 sensors broke again... I am also sure that was the reason he fixed them, so that they would not be broken. He claims that he did not have my phone number, but i have phone records claiming otherwise. They lost my registration back in January and when I asked if they had it in the office he got angry and said he doesn't steal. The younger man I can deal with, and he would probably help you out but the old man has a temper and tells everyones business. I'm all set. Now im out hundreds of dollars and still have a broken car.

I highly recommend Byblos Automotive. While he specializes in Mercedes he has taken great care of my little Civic and his prices are very fair.
