I got stuck into a 12 month lease that within the first month I would have given ANYTHING to get out of it. They had us move into an apartment with bedbugs (and silverfish, google image) and while treating our apt, they didn t treat the surrounding ones so the bedbugs wouldn t go away. We would wake up everyday with new bites to our face, back and arms. They trashed our house during the extermination process. The manager, quite possibly the worst person ever, offered us no apologies, accused us of bringing in bugs, and made things as difficult as possible. Our apartment had more infestations than just bed bugs which they did not treat. On top of this they towed my car EVEN though I HAD a parking sticker on the car(costing me $112). They accused me of sharing it with a friend (which makes no sense) and would not refund my money. It may seem a convenient place to live but for us, it was anything BUT. Just think, you could be moving into our old, dirty, still infested apartment.
