Major problems in 1 bedroom units. Heat not included elect, windows do not stay closed slide down allowing heat to seep out, Major noise and some bug issues. Lots of immigrants different customs and window peeking. Weekends are noisy in some units building 44 you may wish to stop by on weekend after dark entrances are not locked walk in main entrance and side entrances first and upper floors to hear noise levels. There also issue of tenants looking in windows of first floor units. Management makes excuses due to immigrants and customs. Upper floor units are not carpeted and noise is a problem from heavy stomping, walking and pounding in bedrooms and outer areas. Floors paper thin you can hear other converastaions in units and they can hear yours watch what you say and do. Good bus service and laundry areas. Depends on building, unit and location. If your staying short term, handle bugs and noise its for you. If it long term noise, heat expense in single units and no security may be a issue.
