I admit it, Maverick's Square is an unusual business. Two guys share the same space, hidden at the back of a strip mall. Nate is in the silk screening business and Dan is a bike mechanic with a sub-specialty in recumbents and adapting bikes for people with physical handicaps.

I have to say that it's great having a small bike repair shop near our home. Dan has tuned up our bikes and assembled my recumbent for me. He does quality work at a reasonable price... and offers much faster turnaround than the big big shops do. Plus, it's fun to shoot the breeze with him about bikes, components, options, etc. I give two thumbs-up to this grassroots business!

Just expanded and renovated, still the same owner but screenprinting half moved to larger space in Hollis. Down home service, all questions thoroughly researched to customer satisfaction. Good selection of models for TerraTrike, Trident, Hase as well as Sun and State lines. Vintage restorations are a specialty, too! Repair work is top notch. Have to get a jump on your tune up because there can be a backup. So give yourself a couple weeks, just saying!
