I have gone to Jin House for lunch several times. Always delicious and a great value! However, my last visit was terrible. Our waitress was a young girl who was very sweet. Unfortunately, our rice order was wrong. The owner then came over and told us that we needed to tell our waitress next time. We told her that we did and it was a mistake, no big deal. She continued to argue with us until the waitress came over and admitted that it was her mistake. Once we received our meal, I realized that the chicken was undercooked. I thought maybe it was just that "one" piece. I continued to find undercooked chicken. I told the owner quietly about the chicken and her and her husband continued to argue with me and cut open other chicken on my plate. They refused to comp my meal. I told them that they had lost a customer and they said good. Now, I have to explain that I have never complained about food and have never even written a poor review before. They have lost a customer!
