We have been going to Olde Town for over 15 years. This restaurant is a vital part of this community. Their food quality, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and over all price value are superb. I have great respect for the family that owns this as they strive to make the dining experience there as pleasant as possible.

Talk about complete incompetence! I called in an order this evening and sent my husband to pick it up. He had no idea what I ordered and apparently neither did the people working there! He brought home two completely wrong orders! I call back and the girl "Arielle" says "Yeah, we made the wrong order and finished your order after your husband left" and I asked her why she didn't call me so I could let him know and she asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager, who happens to be the son of the owner, then proceeds to try to make excuses as to why this whole thing was MY fault! Seriously?! I was advised that next time I should give my husband a list so he will know what I ordered. He made claims that they were extremely busy when this took place. My husband said that when he went to pick this up, there were two people in the restaurant and another person picking his order up. This isn't the first time that they've screwed up like this. As it was, my husband had to wait for the order when he got there. Why ask for names and phone numbers then when orders are placed? And when I told the manager that I wanted the owner to call me his response was (this is classic) "That's my mom and believe me, she'll be calling you". Really?! Absolutely amazing the depth of incompetence of the people running this place! A complete free for all in there! The food might be good but it's not good enough to put up with this type of crap! I urge everyone I know to boycott this establishment where apparently the customer isn't right, the manager is because his Mommy owns the place!

Olde Town has the BEST salad bar around and their pizza is great too! Friendly staff and comfy atmosphere-- highly recommended!
