I cant say enough about this business. I went there for sports clothing for my children and they were so kind and helpful. I was searching for something very specific and the owners went above and beyond to find the clothing that would be a great gift for my young one. I then decided to treat myself by their suggest of a glitter shirt and Ive since gotten so so many compliments on the shirts while at away games. I will go back to this store for all my sports gear needs. Thank you for being that store in Amherst thats so unique and special. I could tell while you were filling orders while I was there that you go to great lengths to make your customers happy! Its so appreciated! I cant wait to order again!

Recently had some monogramming completed with this business. One of the shirts had a hole that had been sewn and I was not notified about it either through phone or upon pick up. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they were rude about it, not taking any of my comments into consideration and told me my clothes were cheap and that's why it happened. I will not go back here.

The employees in this facility are very rude , they have no clue what customer service is . They talk about their customers badly right in front of them and give false information . I do not recomend anyone to go to personal stitch in amherst oh .
