About a year ago after repairing my car, the owner called and advised me to come back immediately. When I came back he advised his helper forgot to tight all 4 wheel lug Nuts on my car.
Last week he was working on my front suspension, I left him special lock wheels tool to take off front wheels and after the job was done, there was a huge chunk of grease on each ball joint connection.
On a hot day grease fell on wheel rim spin and cover everything , which caused my car rotor to be covered by that grease almost hit cat on the road. When I tried to take wheels off and cleaned , I found out my security lock key is completely broken, because he used impact gun on aluminum Wheel Lock Key (tool) , instead of doing it manually. He also accused me of breaking it myself.
I would not recommend using this shop.
