I have been a customer for a few years and that ended as of today. I scheduled an oil delivery, called the day of delivery to confirm. They called me on my cell which i was unable to get since they didnt reach me by phone they didnt make the delivery. They said they came to my house and no one answered however, my husband was home all day and I have a dog that barks at birds so there was no way he was knocking and no on heard him. When I called at first I was told they called cause they only had one stop in my town and needed to reach me by phone before making the trip. They the owner I guess (a very angry man) told me they came to our house and no one answered. When I challenged him on that he hung up on me. They are the rudest most horrible company I have ever dealt with. So unprofessional! Please don't waste your time there are too many reputable companies out there keep looking.

never delivered our oil charged our credit card 300 when we called they went on the defense and told me we went threw 300 worth off oil in 9 days the most rude business man i have ever spoken to end result our pipes froze . any body looking for oil keep looking we have to go threw our credit company to get our money back his response was he laughed at me and said "go right ahead" and hung up if i could give a minus 10 I would

If I could give 6 stars I would! They are incredibly caring, smart and efficient. Good service and reasonably priced. This company is always giving back to the community. It's small, so you won't be dealing with a big company, these are real people that provide an essential service. Thank you for over 10 years of keeping my home comfortable!

I Wish i can give below Zero star if i can, i am not surprised to read all negative reviews regard this business. very nasty and non professional repair guys had very very bad experience not only one time i am customer since 3 years and each time i called had some bad experience. no customer service at all.

They put the oil in the wrong tank why you ask well because they are stupid each house is marked i think or it would be a very good idea!The guy who pumped it into the tank wanted us to pay him for the oil in the wrong tank!Folks please use another company you have been warned!!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the work that Al's Oil Service did for me. The services they provided where both reasonably priced and were performed in an extremely reasonable time frame. They went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable while they were in our home and were extremely respectful. I have never, in my 30 years of being a homeowner, had the pleasure of employing such a hard-working and knowledgeable group of workers. A+ Work, A+ Customer Service. 10/10 Would Recommend.

I have been a customer for the past 3 years, until today, Their office staff either have to get some good training on how to speak to customers and try to be helpful with their problems or they need to get fired on the spot, you will think that on todays economy in which the small business owners are trying to keep their heads above water they would pay a little more attention to the front lines where their majority of their business come through (MAIN OFFICE) that first impression is an extremely important key factor for many companies to succeed along with good business handling... SHAME, SHAME, I will be taking my business elsewhere where i can get good service and their office staff is helpful and respectful.
