Whoever came to our home today was completely disgusting. Not only was it such a struggle to receive any help from them but the older man out of the pair was awful to say the least. I have two tiny toy dogs that bark a lot and I understand can be annoying. However the man that never even said hello to me threatened to kick my dogs several times to the other side of the fence and yelled at me to to get them in the house. That was his first sentence to me. My dogs do not bite and yes I agree bark a lot but mean no harm. I told him I understand but there is no reason to speak to me like that. And please don’t threaten my dogs. In which he responded if they bite me I will. He went from threatening to straight kicking toward them. I told him again my dogs do not bite and I will get them out of his way. He just got more upset. Cursed at me and my family and walked out. I’ve never seen such lack of professionalism, he had no sense of control of his emotions and clearly lost sight of the fact that he was providing a service. He is in no right head space to be working with or for people and definitely not around animals. I did not get his name but he’s a older white male with white wavy hair long enough to cover the back of his neck. He possibly wears glasses.
