The service man they sent over poked a hole in our underground sprinkler system. He left without cleaning out the cesspool because he didn't have enough hose on the truck to reach the cesspool opening and that I should call the office to reschedule. When I called I was told it would be at least another $100 to come back with enough hose to do the job. When I said I'd prefer to shop around for a better deal, the company representative refused to send someone to repair the damaged sprinkler tubing.
