This office made a mistake with my son's Dtap vaccine by giving his fourth dose too early and now the health dept. won't allow him to go to preschool unless he is double dosed. They are so busy that they make careless mistakes that could result in a more severe injury in the future. If you take your child to this office, be very careful about what they give your child or do to your child.
