Great food, horrible service.. Not even worth it anymore.

I've been a loyal customer since they first opened. My family and I have been eating here 1-2 nights every week. Their food is fantastic.. When they get it right. My family loves their pizza (the last few times, it's been delivered with cheese completely run off the pizza) calzone, salads, and my favorite, the chicken cordon bleu stromboli (lately it's been really doughy, like loose uncooked dough and I've been tasting onion in it, which it shouldn't have). And whenever I order that Stromboli (which is every single time), I order 2 sides of blue cheese; it makes the meal. Without it, the Stromboli is too dry. About 75% of the time, the delivery driver forgets it. 90% of the time, I call back and tell them. They always offer to send it out, but I play it nice and take a credit for the next time. Tonight the driver forgot the blue cheese (big surprise!) and I called back. The girl on the phone explained that they "have so many new drivers and they don't know how to read the ticket, so they fpreget to package things." Whatever. So she goes on to ask if I want the blue cheese.. I said yes. She says okay and tells me that once the driver gets back, she'll send him out, but doesn't know how long it will take. Fine. Less than 10 minutes later, she calls back and says, "all of our drivers are out and really busy and your road is too far out of the way, so we won't bring you the blue cheese." Seriously? Not wanting to make a big deal, I said fine and agreed to take a credit, but what I really wished I'd said is: "no, you can keep your credit and your blue cheese, because you just lost a customer. This was your mistake and you really can go 5-10 minutes out of your way to fix it? What the hell?" Ever since these new people started working there, the place has gone to sh*t. Drivers and order takers alike. They're rude and just don't care. Up to about a year ago, the staff and service was wonderful. The lady I used to speak to knew my name, number, and address as soon as she heard my voice. She always took care and made sure the order was fulfilled, be it the first or second try. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Very sad.. The food is good, but not good enough to put up with service like that.
