I visited there Friday. My husband had stepped on my glasses, completely bending the frames. These are my driving glasses and I was frantic because my insurance will not cover another pair until next fall. The optometrist taking care of me worked for almost a half hour to straightening them out. I am very grateful for their service.

EXCELLENT !!!!! Everyone there is friendly and willing to help, the manager went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my visit was perfect, they seem short handed and even a bit overwhelmed I'd say , but honestly with standing room only in the store I was treated as if I were the only one there!! They care a great deal about there customers. Even though everyone was running around like crazy, I was checked in with several times so I knew what was going on, they were apologetic and thanked ME for being patient with THEM , I gotta hand it to Visionworks in Amsterdam , it's rarely not crazy in there and I don't know how they do it!!!! I couldn't . Highly recommend

Absolutely a horrible company with which to do business. One hand does not know what the other is doing! Stay away! They will screw up even the simplest transaction!
