Service is usually quick. However, most of the time the food is old and stale/cold. Multiple times on multiple orders they forgot to put an actual piece of meat on my burgers and breakfast sandwiches in drive thru orders. I'm writing this review to save you time and money. Please do not waist either on this restaurant.

What ever you do don't eat at the Amsterdam Ny location!! Sweet tea twice had mildew taste and had black mildew floating in cup. Called an complained so no one else would get sick no one answered phone. Called main Mc Donald's number, manager calls and said that's impossible and sends me coupons. Just got breakfast and sweet tea taste the same and my sons bagel was uneatable, and they want 15 an hour will never go to McDonalds again!!!!

Not customer friendly, I really hate their service.

Terrible customer servive, nasty management, cold food and screwed up orders. Gave them the benifit of the doubt and tried a couple of times , no reselution. When I called the district # to complain, didn't even get an apology or offfer of new meall or coupons. When returning screwed up orders, was not given an apology and got an eye roll by the manager and was told "next time food is cold just tell them to nuc it !" I said youv'e got to be kidding..bad service corporate. Really needs to evaluate this place ...not very clean either..
