Summary: Items not as advertised; in store price higher than advertised; refused to give any warranty. No returns. Easy Home Store in Amerstdam, NY, advertised a Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer and Dryer in great shape--NOT TRUE: the units were scatched, severely dented, had rust stains, and a foul odor. Advertised that the set was $659--NOT TRUE. The sign showed $699. I inquired about a warranty. None available. Return Policy -- NONE, all sales FINAL. When I asked him what I should do when I paid for the units, went home, & found out that they didn't work. He promised that they would work. Fine, back it up with a 30-day warranty. He said he couldn't do that. I asked him to hook the washer up to the sink. He refused to even try. I walked out. Bottom Line: Why would you buy something for $700 cash with no warranty, no ability to test that the merchandise works, and no ability to return. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
