I have resisted giving Solar Nails a bad review because I used to really love them. However, my past few visits have really been awful. Many of their employees are great, but I've recently been unfortunate enough to get the ones with really bad attitudes. As someone who works a minimum wage job and has to deal with people all day, I understand that it can be exhausting to be happy and smiling all day. However, these employees are downright rude. They are very short with you and if they don't feel like doing the whole service, they just skip some parts of it. This most recent visit, the woman who was doing my nails insisted that I pay before the manicure was over and then at the end, she didn't even finish!

The services take a long time, because they stop and talk to eahother every ten seconds.

I am very upset that these few employees have really ruined the experience of going to solar nails. Unfortunately, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
