Provided by YP.comI have dealt with Horizon Audio Video for a long time and I am finally fed up after buying 2 tv's for $4200 from them in 5 years and having BOTH tv's break 5 months out of warranty. Brad (the owner) didn't care, just gave me the number of a repair man that I waited for 6 months the first time for. I got it fixed and it broke again 3 months later. Brad didn't offer any help. I ended up putting my foot through the Hitachi and then stupid me I went back to Horizon and bought a brand new LG plasma for 2000 and in 3 years its crapped out on me 2x this final time I am fed up. Any other small business owner realizes you REALLY gotta take care of the customer but not Horizon. DON'T buy anything from them and don't buy LG or Hitachi. SONY and Costco all the way.

Sadly, there is not one right way to handle a TV that is out of warranty but we typically do our best to help in these situations if possible.
