Avoid at all costs. This company is out to take advantage of small businesses. I signed a $500 a month contract with this company with a promise from my rep they would watch my account so I wasn't surprised with overage minutes. Next thing I know they charge my credit card over $5000. No warning or invoices were ever sent to keep me aware of the situation. They absolutely have refused to credit me 1 penny. And they did a terrible job with the calls. They were extremely incompetent. Find another service if you want to work with an ethical company.
