On this past Sunday 10/31/2010, my husband and I went too Casa Gamino's restaurant to have their $8.99 all you can eat buffett. We had ordered 2 all you can eat plates and ate. When we had finished eating, my son had called and asked if we could take him some food home. I asked the waitress, and she had said sure no problem you can order a too go all you can eat buffett. We paid another $8.99, and was given one regular to go box, 1 smaller box, and a small cup for your choice of soup and was told help myself. As I was filling the regular too go box with all the different choices the manager Miguel, said; excuse me do you think that is fair filling your box like that for $8.99? I said isint this all you can eat? He said I was ridiculous for thinking I could fill me box up, and told me to never come back, because I would not be served. I was mortified! I have never been spoken to that way. The next day on speaker phone I called the establishment to get the name of the owner to tell him how rudley the manager was treating people, and that same manager working the previous day answered the phone. He wouldnt give me the name of the owner, and said do whatever you want I dont care, and hung the phone up on my face. My friends and I are in shock of the way the manager treated me. I am sure to tell my friends in the community, local schools and merchants as to how will be treated going to Casa Gamino!

Six of 9 guests in our party got food poisoning. I contacted management but complaint was ignored!

I have been going here to eat for as long as I can remember,I cant think of a time that I had bad food or bad service,this is the authentic mexican food place to eat,the food is allways fresh and wonderfull,I have moved to the inland empire and I miss it soooooooooo much.....eat there your tummy will thank you.
