A Horrible Place to live! Termites,bees,roach,mice,ants are the only long term tenants at this complex. Management is a joke so is the ownership. Overall conditions have dramatically declined and owners seem unconcerned about it as long as they keep making money and keeping vacancies filled. Noise is a big problem with lack of parenting of unruly children roaming the grounds noisily on a daily basis until 11pm daily. Laundry rooms are filthy, machines are dirty and constantly breaking down. Teens seem to think other people's clothes are there for the picking. Security is a joke and non existant. Manager wants to be "Everyone's Friend" and doesn't enforce rules. Pool is small, crowded and dirty. Too many kids disturbing other tenants with lazy parents not supervising their kids. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Your quality of life will decline here!
