So, my family and I stayed here for a few days this weekend in August 2009 to go to Disneyland, we purposefully went to the restaurant next door the night before and bought some individually packaged cakes and cups of milk so that the next day when we returned to the room they would be nicely waiting our arrival in the refrigerator to refresh us from a long day at the park. When we returned to the room we found that the beds had been made, same sheets of course, (we know that because there were small spots on the pillow cases and sheets) and all of our luggage had been untouched including a very expensive laptop computer., What had been touched and removed was everything in the refrigerator! All this negative review over some cake and milk, of course I did warn the hotel staff prior to this post. Everyone out there needs to know of the low integrity the staff has there. When I asked the front desk about the cake and milk I was told that the Maid had been there for 4 to 5 years and has never done such a thing, not validating my complaint over $30.00 in food is hideous! The front desk basically told me that the Maid would have never done it to begin with, I will let you decide what happened because I'm the one taking the time to make this review and that should tell you who is telling the truth!
