Avoid the his place. My wife and I went to Fleet Services to have a number of filters and cleaners changed in our RV and its generator. We were told it would be a day before the work was done. We asked them to also check the charge on the batteries, the hydraulic jacks (they got stuck last time we used them), and the ABS sensors. We didn't get our rv back for 10 days. We were charged $200 for checking the charge in the batteries, $135 for running the jacks up and down several times and finding no problem, and $135 to drive the rv for 11 miles and not having the check ABS sensor light come on.The only communication with Fleet was when I called them. When we went to pick up the rv the entry steps were damaged and the motor for the steps was burned out. We also noticed large scratches on our chrome rear view mirrors. I agree they park the RV's in for service way too closely. Very bad and expensive mistake going to Fleet Services.

Left RV for axle seal. promised 2 day,left mon.not ready until sat. should have inspected before driving off. drove 7 miles to my home,went to service my generator,found generator door damaged with a 1 foot scrape.not too surprising when observing rv's and trucks jammed together like sardines in a can.Requested a simple item,a nut that holds the wheel covers on,no such luck. Reported the scrape incident to service dept.,Never even got a call back. Dissappointed non-returning customer.
