Unprofessional, rude and I'm extremely discontent with this company. Ghada wadi increased my property price on the MLS without my permission. She gave me her word I can cancel,the listing agreement if anytime I'm dissatisfied. Ghada wall lied and wants 4.5% commission even my property doesn't close. I will not a sign a listing cancellation that straps someone even it doesn't close. They are untrustworthy, disrespectful and deceitful. I complained to the owner Bill dulati but he defended his crook agent saying she did everything by the book. Stay away from these crooks.
