My heater went out and I needed someone out to fix it. I live with my 80 year old grandmother and she can't be in the cold. I called intercity air and he was able to come out today and he fixed my heater for 75.00 . Great Price for me !!! Thanks John

Intercity was very friendily and helpful i called others they said it take weeks to come intercity came right away had smiles on their faces and found the problem and solved the problem in no time at all and most important was very affordable I recomend them to anyone

l was very satisfied with the work that was done. my neighbor recommended me to this company when my air conditioner wasn't working and they fixed the problem the same day.

l found this company to be very honest. they came out and fixed my air conditioner when it had no cool air. the technicians were very friendly. their prices were very reasonable.

l noticed my air conditioning wasn't sending cool air when l returned home from my holidays early one morning. l called intercity heating and cooling and they came out the same day. they fixed my air conditioner and l was very pleased. Excellent service and reasonable price.

This company seem to be very honest and they try their best to fix the problem first before recommending a new unit. John came to my rental condo and tried to fix my a/c and he must have been there for 3 hours or more, but he eventually told me that he does recommend a new unit since he tried everything he could (same as with the previous companies I called). I did have a couple of quotes lined up to compare with his and this guy blows them away. I will be waiting until my budget can handle the replacement cost but I would highly recommend this company. He didn't charge me for any service fee but I did offer to pay him anway. I will definitely call this company for future heating and air service.

Unfortunately, a few hours after I gave these guys a great review, the airconditioner started to leak water significantly. We had mentioned the leaking when they were there earlier, but the main problem was that the unit was not cooling, was leaking, and the upper pipe was freezing. They replaced the coolant (they had suggested on the phone this might be the problem) and the unit was cooling. Great.

But...an hour later the leak started again.

I called them when the leak went on for a few hours and they said they were busy at the moment on another job and would call when they were free. No call. The next day, my dad called again (my parents are seniors and I had initiated this for them). They said they would stop by and would call before they came; no call back. A third call and no call back.

I understand busy and I understand I can't make it out there, call someone else. I even understand if they can't handle the repair. I don't get ignoring the call or saying you will call back or come but not doing it and no notification that you can't make it. I don't understand not following up on work that you did. Now it is the end of the third day without a response.

We are moving on.

At this point, I wouldn't recommend them.

These guys were exactly what you would hope for. I called at about 11 and John said that they could be out between 12 and 2pm. He suggested what he thought the problem might be based on my description. True to his word, they were here by 1:10 pm, fixed the problem for my parents (who are seniors). They were friendly, fast, the air is working great...no sales pitches, no trying to sell us a new unit. Just fixed it, gave us a very reasonable bill and left.

We were delighted and my parents were happy to meet these fair and friendly guys.

Called and spoke with john he quoted me a fair price and came out and charged me the same price that he said on the phone. That was great becuase most people come out and try to change the price and he didn't. I want to say thanks for getting my air conditioner to work again.

We had a problem with our heater and called John and have never met a more friendly and honest character. This company is fast affordable and service is done with a smile. Great experience ,I learned a lot, thanks guys.
