Tired of flaky handymen that don't show up or are always late. I am a man of my word and I don't break it for anything. I promise to be on time and to give you value for your $$$$. I have provided professional service since 1985 and have never had a unhappy customer. I stay until the job is done and until the customer is happy. Fees are upfront with no hidden charges. Basic appliance installations such as garbage disposals, ceiling fans, stoves, dryers, washers, dishwashers...etc are $40.00 each. If you have multiple installations that you need done and or fix it jobs that require more than an hour then I charge $30.00-$35.00 per hour. If you need services that require a higher skill level such as finish work- or woodworking, Handrails, tile work, plumbing, electrical, drywall, texturing, or painting etc. then the rate is $40.00 per hour plus materials. If I tell you the job should only take a certain amount of time then that is all you will pay for. Example: If I Tell you it will take 4 hours and it takes 5 to complete, then you only pay for 4 hours. If its done in 3 then you only pay for 3. I am a honest man and I stand behind my work and my word. If I am more than 15 minutes late for our appointment then you get the 1ST hour for free.
