You never know about your insurance company till you have to file a claim, well this company right off the bat comes off special. The guy they sent to inspect my house, inspected the WRONG house!!! He came in my home a week later saying he forgot to take pictures of something...yeah buddy like my whole place!!! I called to get them to resend someone because the list didn't add up like, I've got 2 garages they listed one, I have textured walls, they list none, I have an exposed wood beam ceiling in over half my house, they list drywall .... listed only 1 bathroom and I have 2...clearly not my house, so I call and speak with 2 different women who need customer service training desperately, they were rude, loud deep breaths and huffs over the phone, answered the phone like it was her home and I was annoying her by calling. She told me their inspectors don't make mistakes, yet at first she refused to give me the home report with pictures to prove it was my house! AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

voice mail hell. I've attempted calling all day and my calls have been dropped, ignored, transferred and treated like a nuisance. I truly pity anyone who needs to file a claim.

You will never get a person on the phone when you call . You will have to leave a message .If you get a call back within 48 hours you are lucky .I left 5 messages one day it took them 72 hours later to call me back . They are very hard to deal with when you have to file a claim . Use someone else you're better off trust me
