I worked here for a total of 8 days. I was let go for what I believe, was being a minority. I am not disgruntled but I am somewhat bitter at the fact that the reason I was let go was for not knowing enough of the Spanish language. I am a Latin male born and raised in the good ol US of A, so I am not being racist or anything like that. But I was told the reason for being let go was failure to communicate with other employees (meaning I was unable to speak Spanish), unable to communicate with the maintenance supervisor (who has only been in this country for 3 years with very poor English), and lastly I "allegedly appeared to look like I had no interest of being here". Sorry but I cannot recommend OMNI DUCT SYSTEMS to any self respecting American Citizen.
