They are very quick, responsive and very professional. Andrew Sear has been my agent all these years and he has always been very helpful in getting me what i need.. He's always been very patient in thoroughly explaining all of the confusing policies and insurance lingos.. I've never had a problem with working with Pacific Hills, they seek to put me and my needs first making me always feel like a vip customer.
