DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING HERE. I am absolutely disgusted with the management here and how they address issues that have stemmed from the faults in their apartment's structural foundation. I live in an upstairs apartment with my boyfriend and our dog. Our downstairs neighbor has made it his mission to complain every time we walk around the apartment because, quite frankly, he is a sad man with nothing else to do with his life. He has even gone as far as banging on the walls and following me from my apartment to my car harassing me about being too loud in the middle of the day. Even after the maintenance people inspected our apartment and proved that it was not our fault that he could hear us because the foundation is loud, they have still chosen to let this man harass us and now they are threatening to evict us for something we can not control. I feel helpless and ignored by the staff, and I can see the manager judging me because I am in my twenties while our downstairs neighbor is older. She insinuated that we are party animals when my boyfriend works at night for 60 plus hours a week busting his ass to pay for an expensive apartment with a horrible foundation. I am honestly afraid to even walk around my own apartment after 10 o'clock because they have sent me letters saying that they will make me leave my apartment if he complains again. Also, as if anything could add to this pile of turd, the parking sucks. Just please do yourself and your sanity a favor and go live somewhere else!
