Do not ever get behind one of their dump trucks. Their drivers are too stupid and inconsiderate to clean out their trucks or put up their nets to make sure that debris doesn't fly out when they are driving down the highway. I was driving on the 405 South, when one of their trucks merged onto the freeway in front of me. A huge rock came off the truck and hit my brand new windshield. I contacted the company, and ended up speaking with the CFO, Michelle. She had some rehearsed response about how they were not repsonsible to fix or replace my windshield, and that she gets roughly 15 phone calls a day about their trucks doing this to other drivers on the road. Obviously they don't care enough to try to prevent this from happening, as they don't have to take any responsibilty when it does happen. This company is crap, and I would discourage anyone from utilizing their services.
