Worst company ever! I called to see why the rate on my plan changed drastically without any warning. At 3pm on a wednesday and I was told that no one was there and the only person working was the owner. After five minutes on hold waiting for the owner's computer, I was told that his computer was too slow and he'd have someone call me back the next day. As my bill was supposed to be taken out today, I wanted immediate answers and pressed the owner to have someone call me back today, as his computer was slow according to him, not broken, so I saw no reason as to why I had to wait another day to get answers. The owner then told me "I don't give a damn what you want. I will have someone call you back tomorrow". Needless to say I immediately changed my insurance provider.
