I am giving this salon one star because the owner will not honor my The Smart Circle brochure coupon. I purchased this brochure at my workplace to help fundaraiser for United Way agency. I was so disappointed that I spent $$ to discover that I would not get a haircut as promised on the brochure. The owner told me that company was no good and we had to severe ties with them. I know that this is not the truth because my coworkers have used their brochures to movies, restaurants or any other salons from The Smart Circle and they had no problems like I have with this one. From my point of view, it is the owner's problem not a customer's problem and he should of just go ahead and suck it in and give customers who purchased his brochures services as promised. He is losing potential clients that way. Also I felt that their atmosphere wasn't all that friendly. The hairdresser didn't say or wave hi nor smile when I was seated in his chair. I noted that others who work there aren't that friendly either. They probably think that they're in Beverly Hills or Bel Air but their salon is located close to city of Orange.
