been taking my car here for several months and lately there has been issues. management will give u a hard time if u have an expired coupon even though there is a coupon in every penny saver each week. they also have poor line management when it is busy taking people that have just arrived instead of people that were there first and have been waiting. if u try to talk to the management they have no customer service skills what so ever and will argue with u. the only reason I go to this car wash is because it is close to my house, probably time to find a new one!

I have a Silverado and they do ''ok'' as far as the wash. Unfortunately they don't use air hoses to prevent those pesky water streaks. Even more unfortunate is the Mexican girl with the yellow crooked teeth. She is horrible. She doesn't smile. I tried redeeming a coupon for a free wash and she refused to accept it even when every other employee said they saw no problem with her taking it. She didn't want to accept my repeat customer card towards a wax job. Again even though the main guy said it was ok. When she finally decided to accept it under pressure all she did was whine! I will not go back here until they get rid of her
