Provided by YP.comI purchased carpet for my new home from Sterling. Empty house. No furniture. The installer's overlapped the carpet, so there was a large lumpy seams, in 3 of the 5 rooms. After much discussion Sterling agreed to repair 2 of the 3 seams. Essentially the easiest carpet installation and they screwed it up. DON'T USE THEM FOR INSTALLATION.
