i try to rent the suca sa apartments Almont llc on 1900 e almont ave anaheim, ca i put the deposit for 2050 including the first month rent and security deposit i was told the apartment was downstairs, front and back patio, will be ready to move in on friday aug22,2014. the manager Lorena told me it was downstairs apartment. when i went to sign the lease on this past friday it was an upstairs unit, carpet was dirty so dirty was not even cleaned it wasn't painted Manager Lorena said it will be ready tonight i told her it was downstairs unit she said it was miscommunication i told her i want my money back 2050 she said since it's off the market we have to charge you one week rent i told her that it's not even ready. she said she can't do anything about it.

They didn't give me my check.
