This place is horrible. A pair of Ugg boots was taken in to this place. Anna is the one who worked on them. The boots were supposed to be done in 3 days. It took 3 weeks, but wait, that's not the worst part. The boots were returned discolored and deformed. Anna admitted she did not check if the boots had been treated prior to being cleaned. She admits that she did damage the boots in the manner that they were returned. Anna refuses to pay the value of the the Ugg boots, claiming its not her problem that she neglected to check if the boots had been treated with anything prior to being brought in. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE! I understand mistakes happen, but her unwillingness to right the situation is beyond comprehensible. Complaint with the BBB has been filed due to this unsavory business practice and service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Took a pair of UGG boots to be cleaned. Anna, completely ruined them. Admitted she was negligent in checking if the boots were pre-treated. When she figured out they were not, she knew she was going to ruin them and she did. They are now discolored and deformed as well. She admits she ruined them but refuses to replace them as a business owner should when they destroy a customers property. DO NOT GO HERE! Mistakes happen, but be gracious enough to accept responsibility.
