We called and got ourself a next day Appointment, the process was was and with no problems at all. We had a very bad experience with a contractor in the past, I was able to talk in person with some of your customers and they told us wonderful things and they were right! Thank you!

Let me start by saying that installing granite in older homes is not a very easy job. The granite is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. The install team did a fine job and I was very happy with the results. On the business side of that operation I was given everything that I was promised on time. I wasn't asked to pay anything until I was happy with the installation. That is the part that I don't understan. The biggest reason I chose Surplus Granitewas their reviews and the price was by far the best I could find. Plus their time line for my counter-top was two weeks ahead of Home Depot. Cristina was honest and upfront with me and called to see if I was happy with the installation. She also came by to see if everything was going ok.

We put granite in 3 smallish baths, one very large master bath, and a kitchen with lots of counter space. There were lots of opportunities for problems, in that some of the cuts are very angular… There were no problems. When I saw how meticulous the crew was in the installation, I called Eddie and volunteered to be a reference…We are retired hi tech people and very picky… Surplus Granite folks emails and send texts and I like that a lot, because I want it in writing. Many contractors can’t use the internet, I thought that was a plus Everything went very well, only problem was that they were late due to car trouble, but it was not their fault. Thank you

My counter tops Look amazing. We saved $1400 going with Surplus Prefab Quartz instead of Cesar stone. Eddie proactively communicated with us throughout the project. Our questions were answered quickly by phone and email. All of the Installers did a marvelous job. They were on time, came prepared, and kept our house clean throughout the entire installation. They were also careful not to damage any of our furniture and mirrors. Only a few minor paint touch-ups were required - and they were explained to us upfront. Overall, two thumbs up - I would recommend Eddie and Surplus to anyone!

After reading reviews on Houzz, Yelp and Google, I decided to give Surplus a call to get an estimate on my counter tops. Eddie came the same day, he showed me over 20 diferent colors of granite and quartz. Super friendly and funny guy! I didn't feel any pressure and the price he gave me was $900 less than Home Depot for the same granite. Not only did they start the job but they also finished the installation the very next day! My counter tops were completely done in one day! My friends and neighbors were shocked about how fast and reliable this guys were. They are probably going to use them. Everything was excellent! I plan to use them again for my bathrooms!
