I work in a library. I was at shocked when I found some of books cover eaten by termites.
Termite are very dangerous to health and paper as you all know.
Because of this my first call was treebark termite and pest control. They know what to do. They were quick and help me rearrange my books. I loved their courteousness and work ethics.

In particular, their level of customer service is unsurpassed. Their responsiveness and communication is the bar I hold all other vendors to. I have never had difficulty with items getting completed in a timely manner. They have gone out of their way to be sure all inspections are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Obviously nobody likes to pay for things, but I would say their price was fine. I went with them because of the friendliness and warmth that came through on the phone. So I don't know if price was good but I liked the service I got. They are just a fabulous company. Everyone is nice. Everyone is professional. Everyone is on their game.

I contacted three companies for a termite inspection. I had to go with them because they go through a three step process to treat the termites, and our inspector was so thorough, he was the only person to identify dry wood damage on a trim along our deck. He seemed very knowledgable, and I appreciated that he wasn't all about scare tactics. It's already stressful thinking about these gross bugs munching on your home. He really put me at ease explaining the whole treatment process to me. On top of that, unlike other companies, he wasn't trying to push pricy wood repairs on me. They're not the most inexpensive route, but you truly do get what you pay for. They have the best customer service and warranty. I've called them with concerns that dry wood termites returned to an area, without any questions they sent someone out within a day or so. It turns out I was just being paranoid, the technician re-treated the area without any hesitation.

Treebark came back today with a knowledgeable team and re-evaluated our situation. They were very thorough and retreated the area. They explained our options and we will wait a month or two to see if the termites are completely gone. Let s hope so!

After online research, I called Pacific Coast, and Robert Samonek did the inspection, conference, and estimation. He inspired trust and gave clear explanations of the work ahead.

The four workmen who came were just outstanding! Their work ethic was beyond belief!

Aaron worked on rodent expulsion, sealing access points in the roof, vents in outside walls, and in the crawl space, setting traps, and using a non-toxic rodent deterrent. He was thorough, knowledgeable, of ‘can-do’ spirit, and totally dedicated.

I've been using Treebark. since about August, and so far, it's turned out excellent! I wanted to go with a more natural approach, instead of tenting. I had a small area that kept getting "infected" a couple times a year, several years apart. After talking with Treebark, we found this would be a viable alternative.
Jeff was my initial contact, and he was the one who sold me on the company. Manny and Mark were the two technicians who came out the first time, and then Manny came out a second time. Both times they were great.

Who gets thrilled by a visit from the exterminator?!? Apparently I do. Treebark members arrived perfectly on time, nattily dressed in a denim uniform shirt and tie. Carefully assessed source of problem, took time to explain what he was seeing, and advised on a cure that required no actual treatment service from his company. The best was that when I saw that his email referenced by my uncle, I asked him about it and he shared that his TB lifestyle translated to his firm using extermination approaches that are the most humane possible. He indicated he would follow up with an analysis on the specimens he collected, just to confirm his initial assessment was correct. I was delighted, thoroughly impressed, and completely sold on this firm should I or anyone I know need extermination services in the future.

We initially used TB for a small job and, when there was a problem, they were very stand-up people and they came back and fixed it. Based on this experience, we decided to use them again for a bigger job.
TB has treated both a residence and a multiple-family apartment building for us. Each time we have worked with them, they have been very professional, showed up on time, and followed up. I would definitely recommend them and am planning to use them again for another, upcoming job.
