First time going to this location. I had a very bad experience with Ellen. I asked for help and she stated with an attitude "can you hold on , i am training" she was refering to a new employee. First of all i also work in retail. As we all know, customer service is #1!!! No customers no business. Second she acted like she couldnt move and walk my sister to the right section to help her find eyelashes, instead she pointed . By this point i was really disappointed. And when she decided to approach us, she seemed really rushed . I asked the employee for her name and she said she didnt know it. How can you not know your supervisors name. So i walked up to her and asked because she wasnt even wearing a name tag. So once i had her name, she now wants to ask me if she can help me with something , i told her no, because she also stated after i told her that she seemed bothered and rushed. She said " i have a lot of things going on tonight" it was about 6 pm , so idk if she meant like she was going out for fun or she meant business, either way you dont say that to customers.

Ps Ellen, wear a name tag and dont inform customers about your problems, because they become ours too.
