Not impressed at all. Mitch was very rude. When I drop off a vehicle, and am given an estimated date for completion, I can fully understand a delay because they are having trouble locating a part... But there is no excuse for putting us at the end of the line, after obtaining that part. And I don't care if you explained it to my husband, it's MY vehicle. Don't yell at me for asking you to explain it to me too. totally unprofessional!!!

My name is Juan I took the family van into USA AUTO so I can get my air conditioner going it was out for about six mounths, I was going to Laughlin for a river get away. The weather can be really nasty so it was a must to get the AC going. long the head mechanic there said he would give me a call soon. I was expecting to pay in the range of 400.00 dollars.An hour later he calls me to tell me the van is ready for pick up. He told me there was not going to be a charge 0 nada. he told me theire was a plastic bag covering the blower so no cold air can come out the vents. So it was the wifes fault she likes to save bags to put trash in them that the family leaves behind. she over stuffed the glove box and a bab slipped over and up the blower. well life is like a box of choclate you do know wat your going to get a honest mechanic at USA Auto.
