First off, ths apt is very unsafe. I got broke in twice, into my apt n into my car. They hav security cams recoding 24/7 but they said nothing was found when we ask the maneger to check the record. I mean, they dunt hav the cams for the residents security, its for checking wht their residents are doing and who came to visit, thts a invation of privacy. The maneger live on site and walking around all the time, day and night, like a cop or security guard(kinda like a prison). Once again, nt for ur security its to see wht u're doing. One night i even saw him writting down some residents car's plate number! Plus they send us warning letters once in a while saying if we dunt stop wht we doing they gonna kick us out, all bcoz of my kids are fixing their bikes outside n feeding some stray cats! And now the lease is up, they give us the last 30 days notice n later they chage their words say they made a mistake, its actually one month more. And ths still nt the end of the story, cuz we just receive a letter saying the rental agreement has been changed, now pay the attorney fee, gonna be under 1000 dlls...999.9dlls?

If you're still attracted by the cheap rent, its ok. Thts why my family end up dealing with all these threats and problems now.
