I wanted to in my view thank all of you at West Coast Energy air conditioning & heating repair for the outstanding service when you came the other day. From now on I will look nowhere else when it comes to Anaheim air conditioning or heating repair whether its commercial or residential for my house and business. If you are reading this review look no further! West Coast Energy AC guys are the team to go with!

West Coast Energy was professional on a new installation job. The turnaround time was super fast! i was expecting much longer for a new install. West coast energy gave us first rate service! They had some great options for service contracts, I shopped around Anaheim air conditioner repair companies and they came out the most reasonable for my company. A standing O for West Coast Energy, THANK YOU for the job well done!

First off I called on a friday, at 4:30 (their hours clearly state m-f till 5pm) they were not there. Left Message. Patty called and left a VM. Which I returned within minutes. She scheduled a time for a quote (New HVAC and AC unit) for between 2-4pm the same day. I waited until 4pm called again, Patty then claimed not to have talked to me or have even heard my name before. I unlike her had wrote everything down and still had the VM. I tried to call back and confirm that she had never heard my name (silly since I had her voice and name on the message) and lo and behold no one answered the phone again. this time 4:11. I think that this is unprofessional of them to tell me something and not put it in their books. Also unprofessional not to be their during there scheduled hours. I would not recommend them.
