This guy is great!! I had trouble with my Auto keys and he came to my house and really helped me out. Very professional! Aaron really knows his stuff!

This is the guy to go with. Lost my ignition key to my truck. Called around for rates and Aaron's lock and safe was the best rate. Great customer service. He runs Fay by day so u have to call first thing in the morning. I called at 930 and he was there in 15 min. And had 2 working keys to my truck in 30 min. Call this guy for help .

I'd been to another established locksmith company in Anchorage and they hadn't been able to make the key I needed (for a Volkswagen - a tricky one apparently). They told me "Since we can't make it, your only chance, besides going to the dealer, is to try Aaron's". Travis from Aaron's was mobile, came promptly to my house, was able to make the key with no problem, and charged me a little less than half of what the other locksmith was going to charge (if they'd been successful in making the key.) Great, pleasant customer service, and a good experience all around.

I called these guys for 3+ weeks. NEVER got a call back. Good luck, their customer service sucks. Went with someone else.

We got lock today in the Kancaid and our car did not start the engine. We called the dealer and we got the number of Aaron Lock and Safe. That guy came to the park and save us. He did a great job unlocking the ignition so we can drive back to home. He was attentive and honestly without his help we could not come back to home. Highly recommended. Excellent rates as well. The guy was also pretty smarty pants.
