Love the variety of services offered at Allure. I always feel very relaxed after a facial or a massage.

I found it hard to relax the spa was very clean and but came with a price you hear doors slamming open and close cups and hangers rattling not something you can relax to.

Just .... wow ...

My husband wanted to surprize me with a spa day for my birthday. He dropped me off at the front door and told me nothing else. After my facial and manicure I went to leave and paid the bill. I was pretty upset because I had been watching my budget. Our dinner was ruined since I was upset about buying my birthday spa day, and he couldnt understand why I was annoyed. As it turned out, he had paid a week before, but the girl at front charged me none the less. Not in the least bit interested in returning.

DO NOT waste your time or money!

They are absolutely terrible. Yes, they do have a nice looking establishment, the rooms are perfect, comfy, accomodating and relaxing. But the staff is very below average. My fiance and I both got the 80 minute massage and I felt like the girl doing mine had little to no experience in the massage field. I asked for extra attention on my feet and legs, which did not happen, she merely skimmed over them with lotion for a minute or two. She didn't use any of the usual massage techniques or ask any questions about what and where I wanted massaged. She started my 80 minutes before we talked about any health problems, before she had the lotions out, and before I was even undressed and on the table. Which left my massage time at 63 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager because I felt I absolutely did not get my money's worth, and the very young, inexperienced, rude, receptionist told me the only manager was on vacation for 2 weeks. She said I had to pay, even though I was absolutely not satisfied, and if I thought it was necessary I could come back when the manager was available and she could give me a 10% off my next visit. I told them that was crazy, and I would come back, but not for 10% off my next visit. As I was walking out the two girls called me a b*itch when they thought I could no longer hear them. Please do not waste your money here!

While salon shopping for my parent's Christmas couples massage I called Allure Day Spa with a couple of questions I had about their services. I had to call four or five times during the course of 3 days in order to get a hold of someone to actually speak to. When someone answered my call, it was answered with a surprisingly rude tone matched with an impatient, lady on the other end. Her voice inflections, tone & non-verbal ques seemed to all but spit on me in disdain! No hyperbole here. I literally felt belittled after speaking to her.Furthermore, when my current hairstylist (who I love and is currently working at Opulence today) first moved up here from CA he applied to Allure. During the interview he offered to show the interviewer his portfolio (a book with pictures of his work), and the interviewer turned down that opportunity to critique his capabilities! That in and of itself is a testament to how they hire their staff; people you pay $46-$70 for a women's haircut.

Well i have been going to this salon for about 8 months and i've decided I have had enough! i have gone to the same stylist who always manages to convince me to change what I want for my hair. No matter what i want she has forced her opinion on me or failed to do what i want done to my hair. I have had to go back twice to have her fix what she thought looked good but not what I wanted. Why I have kept going back i have no idea. But this is the last straw, that salon is way too expensive to not be satisfied. If you want someone to do what they think looks good not what you want then I guess this salon is perfect for you. But not me, I know how I want my hair! Not to mention in the whole 8months i have paid for highlights/cutt/style I have never gotten my hair styled by her either! i have always been rushed out because she was running behind.
