Stay away from these guys!



I brought them a sub and amp for an install. Was quoted $175 for an install and told it would be ready in the afternoon. Had a call back from them late in the evening before closing saying they ran into some issues, it would now cost $225-275 because they could not figure out the wiring. I told them to make it work, since they apparently screwed up the stock audio system while troubleshooting.



Got a call back half hour later stating they ran into further issues and the car would not be ready that day. The total bill came out to $510 for a simple wire in job of an amp and sub.



I called several audio shops in anchorage and was quoted between 85-150 for the same job. They all stated its a flat rate and would have never charged this outrageous price.



I told Autostart Alaska this fact and told them I felt overcharged and they made no attempt to resolve this, I ended up paying $510 for a $150 dollar job.

All I can say is don't listen to the negative reviews that u read about this business. I had my remote start/ alarm an car stereo installed in the last couple of months an have had no problems what so ever. The guy that did the work WILL does flawless work.. The box with 2 subs looks like it came from Dodge stock.. I couldn't be happier with the things I have had installed. The owners also are great people. I will always take my business to them an recommend anybody to go their as well. Don't hesitate do just stop in and ask for Will to get a quote on any project u have for your vehicle..
