He came over same day I called, assessed the situation, found a solution and returned 2 days later to fix it. Pricing was more than fair and he was pleasant, has a great attitude. I have worked in maintenance management in my working days. I hired Blake's plumbing a couple of years ago to fix some broken outdoor faucets. The work was done quickly. His pricing was fair. He explained everything. The speed was astounding. He really knows his job. Today May 15, 2015 he fixed three faucets, including kitchen sink, shower/bath and bathroom sink. I can't say enough on how satisfied I am with Blake's work. He is a good guy and a real professional. He is my plumber.

I cannot recommend Blake's Plumbing & Heating enough. I called Blake about replacing my broken garbage disposal - and he put me on his morning schedule right then. It took him less than 25 minutes to replace my disposal and he even fixed a pipe under my kitchen sink that I didn't even know was broken! Professional, courteous, efficient, and speedy customer care. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with Blake's work.

After having three other plumbers in the last 2 years try and fix a leak in my shower, Blake @ Blake's Plumbing was able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was, and, at my request, gave me directions on how to fix it myself, potentially saving me thousands of dollars. i had blake come over and my crawl space was flooded. i had two other plumbers came over and refused to help. Blake jumped in and crawled in the water to fix the sump pump on a saturday. i did have to pay any overtime thanks i will always call blakes plumbing

I was having problems with water pressure through my upstairs zone. I called one plumber who was highly recommended from Angie's list, but he couldn't figure out my problem, but still charged me over $350. I contacted Blake's and after 30 minutes at my house, the problem was fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blake's Plumbing & Heating!

I needed a water heater fixed two companies came out and gave estimates of around 1500 dollars then i called Blakes Plumbing and Heating he came out and changed the gas valve for 400 dollars saving me a throunsan dollars i will be calling Blakes for all my Plumbing and Heating jobs.

I'm mostly a DIY guy, but I know my limits. The downstairs of my new house needed a wall moved as part of a laundry remodel and Blake moved many pipes in a wet wall, including some which were embedded in the concrete slab. His expert knowledge and experience helped me avoid some problems unique to my building and it all worked out great. I just had him back to replace some hose bibs today.



Blake's Plumbing and Heating has been a great fit for me because he works with me to get my projects done and his quality workmanship meets my high expectations.

We needed a plumber to look at our old baseboard heating system and checked Google for a suitable plumber. Obviously there are many, but the one that seemed to have a professional presence, with 7 five star reviews, was Blake's. I called, explained the problem (air in the system sounding like a waterpark) and Blake arrived at my house 3 hours later. Blake was professional, pleasant and very informative, happily explaining the problem and what he was doing to fix it. The service was exemplary, the problem was resolved and parts replaced where necessary (expansion tank diaphragm was blown). Now, based on experience of other plumbers, the fee can be a 'surprise,' but in this case, it was VERY reasonable and considerably less than I expected (and considerably less than some competitors). Blake charges by the hour...from when he reaches your front door, NOT when they leave their front door, stop for a coffee and get stuck in mysterious traffic jams. All in all, as a relatively new 'Sourdough,' I really appreciate local contractors that offer a great professional service, at a good price and are also good people. I consider I've come across an excellent plumber that I'll use for any/all future service requirements, bar none. Great job and thanks Blake.

Great work. I've had Blake do three different repairs. The first was unscheduled and he showed up quickly, the second 2 were scheduled and he showed up at the first part of the time frame he gave me. The work was done quickly and at a good price.

Blake does professional work. He calls ahead and comes during the time frame you ask for and gives good advice about the repair job. I have had Blake replace a sump pump, tune up my heating system, and rebuilt my shower fixtures.

He uses quality parts and does quality work.
